Russell Stroud, CCIM
Principal
Russell Stroud has been a licensed real estate professional in Colorado Springs, Colorado since 2003. Before founding SOCO Commercial Real Estate with his longtime business partner, Mary Frances Cowan, Russell was a broker with Quantum Commercial Group Inc. for 16 years and Palmer McAllister Company for 3 years. Russell has represented some of the most recognized commercial properties in the Pikes Peak Region.
Russell provides a full range of services to clients including landlord and tenant representation, financial analysis, purchase and disposition of investment and owner/user properties. He has represented national and regional as well as local clients. Russell is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. He holds the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and has served as president of Southern Colorado Commercial Brokers (SCCB). Russell enjoys skiing, camping, and sailing with his wife and two sons.
Mary Frances Cowan, CCIM

Mary Frances Cowan has consistently been recognized as a top producer in commercial real estate in the Colorado Springs area. With over thirty-five years of experience, she has represented many high profile national, regional and local clients in providing a full range of services including the acquisition and disposition of investment and owner/user properties, financial analysis, market evaluation and landlord and tenant representation.
Prior to founding SOCO Commercial Real Estate with Russell Stroud, Mary Frances was a top producer with Quantum Commercial Gp for over twenty-five years. She holds the prestigious designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). She has served on several boards including the Southern Colorado Commercial Brokers and CASA of the Pikes Peak Region. She has been the recipient of several awards including RCIS Commercial Realtor of the Year, Icon in Brokerage and Leadership and Women of Influence.
